Karla Marszalik is a Survey Services Specialist at Search Institute, where responsibilities include supporting youth-serving organizations in utilizing measurement tools, providing technical assistance, and conducting analysis and reporting. Previously, Karla served as an Enrollment Advisor at Noodle, focusing on student recruitment for online graduate programs, and as a Study Abroad Specialist at AFS Intercultural Programs, where preparation of high school exchange students and research of COVID-19 travel protocols were key tasks. Additional experience encompasses roles at the University of Utah, American Councils for International Education, Sorenson Unity Center, European Solidarity Corps for Youth, University Inn Ann Arbor, and Michigan Medicine. Karla holds a Master of Education in Education Policy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Global Public Health from Leiden University College The Hague.
