Scott Munro is an experienced recruitment professional with a focus on the call and contact centre sector. Since November 2008, Scott has served as Divisional Manager at Search Consultancy, specializing in recruiting temporary and temp-to-perm telephone-based staff across the West coast of Scotland, including roles in Customer Service, Telesales, Telemarketing, Helpdesk, and multilingual positions. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Principal Consultant at Pure Recruitment Solutions and gained experience as a Trainee Consultant in the Construction Division at Trader Media Group, where Scott also began as a Sales Executive. Scott's educational background includes attendance at Rosehall High School from 1996 to 2001.
