Rita Souza has extensive experience in sales and management within the food service industry, currently holding the position of Regional Manager for Food Service in São Paulo, the Federal District, and Southern Brazil at Seara Alimentos LTDA since May 2017. Prior roles at Seara included Gerente de Vendas Auto Serviço and various managerial positions from 2014 to 2017, focused on national sales coordination and key account supervision. Rita's career began at BRF, where responsibilities included supervising sales for retail and food service between 2004 and 2014. Rita holds a degree from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho and an MBA in People Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from Universidade Paulista, completed in 2014 and 2015.
