Steve Russell is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product development and technology strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at GovOS, a Kofile company since January 2021, Steve previously held significant roles including Chief Product Officer and SVP at Kofile Services, where product development and cloud service deployment for local government were key focuses. Prior expertise includes CTO at AppCrest, Principal Consultant, and various leadership positions at OpenText and Global360, where product management for business process management became a primary responsibility. Early in their career, Steve contributed to customer relationship management solutions at Lucent Technologies and Mosaix, and developed workflow and document imaging systems at ViewStar. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
