Prior to this role, Kate held several significant positions at The Knot Worldwide, including Sr. Director of Global Enterprise Operations, where strategic leadership was provided for the Quote to Cash process and major integration projects. At WeddingWire, Kate built the Program Management Office and led various business operations and quality assurance initiatives over an extensive tenure.
