Ragnhild Opsal Skaar currently holds the position of KHMS Ingeniør at SEAM since June 2021, prior to which Ragnhild served in the same role at Westcon Group from January 2020 to July 2021. Ragnhild's earlier experience includes work as an HMS-koordinator at Adecco from April 2019 to January 2020 and as a guide at Ravnafloke from March 2014 to January 2020. Additionally, Ragnhild worked as a youth advisor at Drive for Life from December 2018 to December 2019. Ragnhild earned a Bachelor’s degree in HMS engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences between 2016 and 2019.
