Katelyn Davenport-Thompson is an experienced professional in property management and community operations. Currently serving as Community Manager and previously as Leasing Professional at Sealy Management Co., Inc. since February 2018, Katelyn has developed expertise in establishing rental rates, attracting tenants, and managing property listings. Prior experience includes holding the position of Property Manager at East Main Quarters from December 2015 to November 2017, where responsibilities included surveying local rental rates and advertising vacancies. Additionally, Katelyn worked at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course in Outside Services from March 2015 to December 2015. Katelyn holds educational credentials from Bryan College and Motlow State Community College, with studies completed between 2012 and 2014.
