Kleat Nepe has extensive experience in the seafood industry, currently serving as General Manager Sales - Pelagic at Sealord Group Ltd since July 2014, while also holding the position of Director at Rongowhakaata Iwi Asset Holding Company and Non Executive Director at FocusFoods since April 2021 and April 2013, respectively. With a strong focus on global sales, particularly within the food industry, Kleat has developed significant expertise in sourcing and supplying high-quality seafood products, including crustaceans and molluscs, to international markets. Previous roles include Sales Director - Europe at Supachill, Supply Manager at Nordic Seafoods, and various positions at Sealord Group Ltd and Europacifico Alimentos Del Mar S.L., providing a well-rounded background in purchasing, marketing, and sales management. Kleat Nepe earned a BMS degree in Finance and Management Systems from The University of Waikato between 1999 and 2002.
