Or Noyman has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Blockchain Tech Lead at Sealance Corp. Or'sprevious experience includes working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Blockchain Tech Lead, where they contributed to the Onyx business unit. Before that, Or worked at Citi where they served as a Blockchain Tech Lead, leading the enterprise blockchain domain R&D and working with various distributed ledger technology solutions. Or also held the roles of Lead Mobile Developer and Senior Mobile Developer at Citi, leading the design and development of the Velocity trading platform's Android version. Or's early career involved working at Navy C4I as an Infrastructure Developer and Developer, where they contributed to the development of core modules for C4I systems and designed a generic smart client infrastructure.

Or Noyman has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained between the years 2010 and 2014.
