John Groff has extensive work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. John currently serves as the Director of Government and Military Business Development for North America at Seal Dynamics. Prior to this, they worked at LSI as a Government and Military Aerospace Logistics Consultant. John also has experience as a self-employed contractor, where they founded Aerospace Logistics Solutions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at KIHOMAC. John's most notable experience was their time in the United States Air Force, where they held various leadership roles such as Deputy Commander and Chief Operations Officer at the division level. John led teams in software engineering, aircraft maintenance, logistics, and squadron command. John's responsibilities included developing strategic plans, implementing agile processes, creating business models, and managing multi-million dollar budgets.

John Groff completed their Master of Science in Management/HRM from Troy University from 2002 to 2005. John then pursued a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Liberty University, which they will complete between 2021 and 2025. In addition to their formal education, John Groff has obtained various certifications. John received an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from Liberty University in August 2022. Previously, they obtained a Project Management (PMP) certification from Syracuse University in February 2020. In 2010, they obtained two additional certifications: Program Management Level II from Defense Acquisition University in December and Life Cycle Logistics Level II from the same institution in August.
