Elena Pavlovskaya is an accomplished product management professional and co-founder of the Product Management Community Moldova, with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Portside and an Emotional Intelligence Tutor at EI Trainer, Elena has developed and launched courses for emotional intelligence, overseeing several successful student groups. Previous roles include Product Manager at Heally, where Elena facilitated connections between patients and doctors, and at Model N, managing multiple product releases. Elena has also contributed to the organization of professional events as a ProductTank Co-Organizer with Mind the Product. With a solid foundation in QA engineering, Elena has experience from their time at Determine and UNISIM-SOFT SRL. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master's in Business and Marketing Management from leading Moldovan institutions.
