Wei Wei is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in systems engineering and product development. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Director at Seagate Technology since June 2010, Wei Wei has held various leadership roles, including Engineering Director and Senior Engineering Manager, focusing on project initiation, technical solutions, and team development. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Hill-Rom Inc., where Wei Wei led engineers in new product development, and as Senior Product Engineer at Seagate Technology, launching new products and improving performance. Wei Wei's career began at Aiwa as an Electronic Design Engineer, and earlier at Haier, as a Product Development Team Lead. Wei Wei holds a Master’s degree in Electronics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
