Phil Sheets currently serves as the Estimating and Purchasing Manager at Seagate Development Group, a role held since February 2022, after previously working as a Commercial Estimator. Prior to Seagate Development Group, Phil Sheets gained valuable experience as an Estimator at GATES Construction from January 2017 to February 2022.
