Isabelle Chambaud

R&D Director / CTO at SEAFOOD REBOOT

Isabelle Chambaud has over 20 years of work experience. Isabelle began their career in 2000 as an R&D Project Manager at Evologic S.A., a biotechnology start-up company. In 2005, they joined Danone Research as a Science Team Leader for the Immunity Health Benefit Team in the Dairy Division. Isabelle then held the roles of Senior Research Scientist in the same team, Senior Research Scientist in the Probiotics & Microbiology Research Platform, and Research Scientist in the Probiotics & Microbiology Research Platform. From 2013 to 2014, they were the WW Actimel Scientific Strategy Group Leader in the Dairy Division. In 2014, they joined Danone as the EU Innovation Portfolio & Governance Director for the R&D Dairy & Plant Based Division, where they were the owner of the innovation processes, steering committees & portfolio management for EDP EU. In 2022, they joined Seafood Reboot as the R&D Director/CTO.

Isabelle Chambaud completed their PhD in Microbiology and Immunology at the Institut Pasteur from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained an Ingénieur Agronome degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Rennes, specializing in Agronomy, Genetics, and Microbiology from 1994 to 1997. Isabelle also attended Lycée du Parc - Lyon from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Biology and earned a Math Sup/Spé Bio degree.
