Nick Miller is a seasoned business owner with extensive experience in both the food industry and music. As the owner of Millers Fish & Chips since January 2015, Nick has honed expertise in the fish and shellfish market. Additionally, serving as the UK Ambassador for Seafish since October 2018 highlights commitment to promoting industry standards. Nick's musical career includes roles as a session drummer for Toyah Willcox Limited and a touring drummer with the National Concert Orchestra of Great Britain, complemented by a background as an artist endorsee for Aquarian Drumheads. Education includes a Level 3 Diploma in Proficiency in Fish and Shellfish Industry Skills from The National Skills Academy and ongoing management training through the National Federation of Fish Friers.
