Stephanie (Garrison) Southwick is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across various roles and industries. Currently serving as Vice President at GARRISON DEVELOPMENTS LLP and President at SPC, Stephanie is also the Co-Founder of Cloud Country and the Owner of Seahurst Electric, positions held since January 1992 and January 2019, respectively. Furthermore, Stephanie has made significant contributions as a Bookkeeper at Interior Design Solutions and as a Member at both Marymoor Self Storage and Baker Fairview Self Storage, alongside serving as Co-Owner of SeaCom Cabling Inc. from January 1999. Previously, as CEO of Property Matters from January 2019 to September 2023, a financial coaching role was undertaken to assist aspiring individuals in developing passive-income real estate portfolios.
