Paul Willis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul is currently the VP Soccer at 3STEP Sports and previously held the position of President and CEO at Seacoast United Sports Club, where they managed various sports clubs and facilities. Prior to that, they served as the Northeast Sales Manager at Performix Inc. and as the Associate Director of Admissions at West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Paul Willis attended West Virginia Wesleyan College from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Education & Business.
