Michael Lang is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting and tax management. As the Controller at Excelsior Energy Capital since March 2019 and the Tax Director and Global Controller at Seabury Capital since January 2013, Michael has excelled in financial reporting, organizational structuring, M&A due diligence, and global tax compliance. Michael has also played a key role in corporate insurance renewals and negotiations. Prior experience includes serving as a Tax & Accounting Manager focused on the aviation industry and as a Manager at Grant Thornton. Michael began their career as an intern at Cold Spring Granite, managing cost accounting for inventory. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
