Maria Beatriz M. de Miranda Tello has worked in a variety of legal roles since 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as an Advogada at Loeser, Blanchet e Hadad Advogados, where they were responsible for conducting due diligence legal projects, coordinating teams, and drafting and reviewing contracts. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Advogada Sênior at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, where they were involved in M&A operations, including reviewing purchase and sale contracts, shareholder agreements, and restructuring operations. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as Gerente Jurídico at Vogel Telecom, where they managed the legal department and provided legal advice to prevent risks and develop the business. Maria Beatriz is currently a Legal Manager at Seaborn Networks.

Maria Beatriz M. de Miranda Tello completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas in 2010. In 2021, they obtained a Professional Certification in Anti-Corruption Compliance (CPC-A) from LEC - Legal, Ethics & Compliance.
