Jodi Atkinson, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in international HR management. Currently serving as Director of International Human Resources at Seaboard Overseas and Trading Group since May 2014, Jodi manages expatriate payroll processes, international benefits administration, data management for Microsoft Dynamics AX, and the onboarding process for new employees, while also handling recruitment across multiple regions including Africa and South America. Previous roles include Senior International HR Specialist at Seaboard, HR Generalist at Kiewit Australia, and HR Generalist at Kiewit Power Engineers Co. Jodi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
