Matthieu Brateau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation consulting and management. Currently serving as a Manager Offre Transformation and Consultant en transformation at SeaBird since July 2019, Matthieu works on a significant project for a major French insurer aimed at enhancing customer service and operational efficiency through IT architecture and organizational redesign. Prior roles include a Consultant in Economic and Social Diagnosis at SECAFI, where Matthieu conducted analyses of economic and strategic aspects for businesses, and a Junior Auditor at EY, applying audit methodologies. Matthieu also demonstrated leadership as President of BDE PGE NEOMA Reims, managing a substantial budget and representing a large student body, while earlier experience includes roles in business development and customer relations.
