Sumit Bhose has extensive experience in plant virology and product development for plant viral disease management. Starting their career at National Research Center for Citrus as a Research Associate, Sumit later moved to ICAR- Central Citrus Research Institute as a Young Professional II. Currently, Sumit holds the position of Senior Research Scientist at Sea6 Energy Pvt Ltd., specializing in developing innovative product formulations within the Bio-stimulant/Biodefense category to combat plant viral, fungal, and bacterial pathogens in diverse crops. Sumit's educational background includes a PhD in Plant Biotechnology from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences.
