Lim Wei Song has extensive experience in financial analysis and auditing, currently serving in various senior roles within the Group Controllership at Sea since June 2020, specifically focused on Latin America. Lim has played a pivotal role in establishing and mentoring the local finance team for Shopee in Argentina, emphasizing a data-centric approach. Prior experience at Deloitte from January 2012 to June 2020 included roles as Audit Senior and Senior Associate, where Lim managed audit engagements, led teams, and contributed to the implementation of new financial reporting standards. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and BI Norwegian Business School, complemented by a Diploma in Accountancy from Singapore Polytechnic.
