Derek Sencabaugh has an extensive career in emergency services, beginning as a Firefighter/EMT in August 1995 at the Lexington Fire Department and progressing through various leadership roles, including Lieutenant, Captain/Shift Commander/Training Officer, Assistant Fire Chief, and currently serving as Fire Chief. In addition to their role at the fire department, Derek Sencabaugh has been the Emergency Management Director for the Town of Lexington since January 2019. Sencabaugh's educational background includes studies at Middlesex Community College.
