Prior to this role, Phil held positions including Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Mag Bay Yachts Inc. and Global Account Manager at Seakeeper, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing sales teams and expanding market presence across multiple regions. Phil's earlier experience includes roles in the manufacturing and service sectors, along with a solid educational foundation, holding an MBA in International Business and a B.A.Sc. in the same field from the University of Redlands.
