Cory Chaplin, PE, is a Civil Structural Engineer with extensive experience in examining and analyzing commercial and residential structures to assess damage caused by construction defects, fire, and other factors. Currently employed at S-E-A since February 2019, responsibilities include investigation and consultation on structural issues and compliance. Prior to this role, Cory was a Structural Project Manager at Howard L. Zimmerman Architects & Engineers, P.C., where project management and forensic investigations were key duties.
