Sihle Ndlovu is an accomplished marine engineering professional with extensive experience across various roles in the maritime industry. Currently serving as a 3rd Engineer at Sea Harvest Group Ltd since November 2023, Sihle has held positions including Chief Engineer bunker burge at Linsen Nambi and 4th Engineer at EMAS GROUP. Previous roles include Engine Room Able Seaman at MM Marine Inc., 2nd Engineer at Braxton Shipping Company, and Engine Cadet at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company and Marine Crew Services Pty Ltd. Sihle began the career as a Junior Engineer with Group Five, contributing to the UMngeni Waste Water Treatment Plant upgrade commissioning. Sihle holds a degree in Marine Engineering from Durban University of Technology and has received engineering workshop training from Durnacol Skills Hub, alongside studies at Mangosuthu Technikon.
