Jeel Tohme is an experienced project manager currently at Sea-Dar Construction since February 2018, where responsibilities include optimizing contracts, managing project timelines, and presenting performance reports to stakeholders. Previously, Jeel served as an assistant project manager at Sea-Dar Construction, supporting various project management functions and stakeholder communications. Early career experience includes working as an engineer on the BACS Riyadh Metro Project, focusing on quality assurance for a significant metro infrastructure project. Jeel holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from the American University of Beirut and participated in an exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley.
