Ricardo Damian, BA, CCS, is an experienced medical coding professional with a comprehensive background in inpatient and outpatient coding. Currently serving as a Medical Record Consultant at Diagnoss, LLC since February 2021, Ricardo also holds roles as an Inpatient Coder at Insight Global Consulting and as an Inpatient and Outpatient Coder at STI Standard Technology since November 2017 and September 2015, respectively. Additionally, Ricardo works as an Ambulatory Surgery Remote Coder for SDV INTERNATIONAL, LLC. Previously, Ricardo dedicated nearly two decades to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where responsibilities included coding services for acute care and functioning as an ICD-10 Project Coordinator and Trainer. Ricardo has a solid foundational education in Medical Record Technician from Long Island University and has held various coding positions across multiple organizations.
