Adrian Messer, CMRP, CRL, currently serves as Manager of US Operations at SDT Ultrasound Solutions, focusing on maximizing the use of ultrasound technology in maintenance and reliability efforts within industrial facilities. Previously, as Vice President of Executive Services at PRORELI, Adrian specialized in recruiting top talent for maintenance and reliability positions. During an extensive tenure at UE SYSTEMS, Adrian held various roles including Leader of Strategic Accounts, where a strategic account management framework was developed, and Director of US Operations, leading a team that achieved significant sales growth and improved client retention rates. Early career experience includes managing marketing for Bi-Lo, LLC and serving as a student mentor at Clemson University, where Adrian earned a Bachelor of Science in Management.
