Brent Boyd is an experienced transportation professional with a strong background in rail planning and performance management at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS), where Brent has held various managerial roles since October 2006, including Manager of Rail Planning and Performance and Manager of Service Quality - Rail Division. Responsibilities have included oversight of light rail system performance, ensuring safety and efficiency, and managing planning and scheduling for a 53-mile light rail network. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Transportation Planner and Rail Operations Analyst, where Brent coordinated significant projects such as the Trolley Renewal Project.
