Ludovic Degraeve has extensive experience in fire service management and training, currently serving as Adjoint chef de service RH and Chef de bureau gestion des SPP CSP Avignon at SDIS84 since July 2018. Concurrently, Ludovic holds a position as Officier de formation at École nationale supérieure des officiers de sapeurs-pompiers, delivering training to fire officers. With a background that includes leadership roles such as Chef de compagnie at SDIS 29 and significant contributions to training and administration in various fire services since 1982, Ludovic has proven expertise in emergency response and personnel development. Additionally, Ludovic has been an administrator at the Caisse Nationale de Retraite des Agents des Collectivités Locales since December 2008 and is engaged in ongoing education, pursuing various advanced firefighting qualifications.
