Carlos Dos Santos is a seasoned IT and project management professional currently serving as Chef du service applicatifs et projets at SDIS 78 since December 2023. Previously, Carlos held the position of Directeur des Services Techniques et de l'Urbanisme at Ville de Lèves from March 2022 to January 2024, and served as CIO/DSI at Mairie de Coignières from November 2019 to March 2022.
