Valentin Bruyere possesses a diverse professional background, currently serving as Responsable at Restaurant le Sens Six since August 2023. Since October 2009, Valentin has also been a Sapeur-pompier volontaire at SDIS 34, contributing to the strategic management and institutional relations within the Sapeurs-pompiers de l’Hérault. Prior experience includes a role in the Cabinet of Renaud Calvat, Mayor of Jacou, from January to August 2023, and multiple tenures as Responsable at Restaurant Le Sens Six in Montpellier between 2009 and 2020. Additionally, Valentins's experience includes serving as a Policier with the Police nationale from January 2014 to September 2016, focusing on judicial support within the unit.
