Scott Stocking is an experienced GIS Manager currently employed at SDI Presence since August 2023, and the Founder and Principal at GEOLABS, LLC since August 2018. With a strong background in managing Systems of Record including CAD, BIM, GIS, and LiDAR point clouds, Scott specializes in creating comprehensive 3D models and advancing visualization and analytics collaboration platforms tailored to operational needs. Previous roles include GIS Manager at Metra Commuter Rail, Assistant Director of Space Management at Northwestern University, and Spatial Data Infrastructure Manager at the University of Chicago, among others, showcasing a consistent focus on geospatial technology implementation and project management throughout a career spanning over two decades. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from The University of Kansas and a degree in Planning from Iowa State University.
