Filipe Dias has work experience as a BI Analyst at SDG Group starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Analyst at Santander Global Operations from November 2020 to May 2021. Filipe also has experience as a Data Analyst intern at Vodafone from December 2019 to October 2020.

Filipe Dias completed their education at NOVA IMS Information Management School. Filipe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Management, studying from 2016 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Information Management with a specialization in Marketing Intelligence from 2019 to 2020 at the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Filipe Dias has obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they completed the "Applying Data Mining Techniques Using SAS Enterprise Miner" certification from SAS. In June 2018, they also earned the "Functional Basis of SAP S/4 HANA" certification from SAP. Most recently, in July 2020, they obtained the "Functional Basis of SAP Hybris Marketing" certification, also from SAP.
