Tom Saeys is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and business transformation. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SD Worx since August 2019, Tom leads a team of approximately 4,200 experts across 26 countries, focusing on enhancing client employer branding. Previously, Tom held the role of Chief Transformation Officer at SD Worx, where oversight of over 140 Change and IT professionals facilitated significant organizational change and strategy implementation. Prior to SD Worx, Tom was a Partner at Nova Reperta from November 2013 to December 2020, responsible for key account success and driving client business transformations. Tom began their career as a Management Consultant at KPMG, specializing in operational excellence within the financial services and energy sectors. Tom holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp.
