Leyla Willems-Altindis is the Director of Customer Excellence Netherlands at SD Worx, overseeing operations that include Managed Payroll and BPO services, as well as consulting on HR and payroll matters, with a strong focus on Dutch labor and fiscal law. With previous roles at SD Worx Nederland as Director of Customer Advisory and Senior Project Manager, Leyla has demonstrated a results-driven and assertive approach, adept at building relationships and fostering collaboration. Leyla's early experience includes managing a Payroll and HR team and providing HRIS consultancy across Europe. Leyla holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business from Avans University of Applied Sciences, a Post HBO in Business Administration from ISBW Rotterdam, and participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program in International Trade at Karlstad University.
