Shahira Kola is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant and Recruiter at SD Worx Luxembourg since June 2022. Previously, Shahira held the position of HR-Consultant Recruitment at Axis Group from May 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, Shahira worked at GAMBIT Financial Solutions as an HR Officer from May 2016 to January 2021 and also gained early experience as a Stagiaire Comptable and Stagiaire en Comptabilite at GAMBIT Financial Solutions and Hopital Bois de l'Abbaye, respectively. Shahira's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Comptabilité fiscalite from Haute Ecole Mosane d'Enseignement supérieur, obtained between 2011 and 2015. Throughout the career, Shahira has developed a strong skill set in recruitment, employee onboarding, administration, payroll, and employee well-being.
