Laura Granström is an experienced professional in the HR and technology sectors, currently serving as an Application Consultant at SD Worx Finland since December 2023. Previously, Granström held the position of Implementation Consultant at Sympa, where responsibilities included leading various HR system implementation projects. Prior to this, Granström worked at Talentech Finland, advancing from Sales Development Representative to Business Development Manager and ultimately Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer retention and value enhancement for HR SaaS products. Earlier roles at Telia, Sanoma, and Fujitsu provided foundational experience in logistics, accounts receivable, and project support. Granström holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from LUT University and has completed exchange studies in Chinese at Shanghai University.
