Alain Hermans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP HR consultancy and application management. Currently holding the position of SAP HR Senior Consultant at SD Worx since February 1999, Alain specializes in managing SAP HCM applications related to time, payroll, and post-payroll processes, implementing legal changes, conducting functional analyses, providing user support, and optimizing processes and systems. Prior to this role, Alain accumulated valuable experience at Real Software from March 1992 to January 1999, serving in various capacities including Team Manager AM HR System Integration and Senior SAP HR Consultant, and began as an ABAP Programmer. Alain's educational background includes studies at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 1987 to 1989, as well as attendance at Sint-Gummarus College in Lier.
