Stuart Tozier

Stuart Tozier has worked in various roles in the project management field for over 25 years. In 2021, they began working for SD Solutions LLC as Program Director and Deputy Program Manager / Security-Privacy Consultant. From 2015 to 2021, they were employed at EGlobalTech, a Tetra Tech Company, where they served as Senior Project Manager, Information System Security Officer, and Team Lead on a FEMA Contract. In this role, they managed a team of eight Information System Security Officers, coordinated information security regulations, and oversaw security management for 3-6 systems. Additionally, they served as Senior PMO, Program, and Project Management Subject Matter Expert on a USAID Contract. From 2012 to 2013, they were a consultant for Scientific Research Corporation, and from 2010 to 2012, they were a consultant for 4th Echelon LLC. From 2005 to 2010, they were a Senior Project Management Consultant for Didex LLC. From 1997 to 1996, they were a Senior Project Management Consultant for Perot Systems. Finally, from 1996 to 1997, they worked for Concentra as Health Center Administrator, Project Manager, and Instructor.

Stuart Tozier's education history includes attending Richfield High School from 1977 to 1980, followed by Plano Senior High School from 1980 to 1981. Stuart then attended The University of Texas at Dallas, where they earned a B.A. in History from 1986 to 1988. Tozier furthered their education by obtaining an M.B.A. in Business/Health Services from The University of Dallas from 1998 to 2004. Tozier also holds several certifications, including ITIL Foundations Certified from EXIN in September 2013, PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in July 2005, Security+ from CompTIA in February 2017, and Global REP (Registered Education Provider) from the Project Management Institute in May 2006.
