Chris Blakemore, CBCP has over 40 years of experience in facility operations. Chris began their career in 1981 as a Building Engineer at Dresser Industries. In 1987, they joined Prentiss Properties, where they held the roles of Building Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Group Chief Engineer until 2000. From 2001 to 2011, they were the Chief Operating Engineer at CRRE | Capital One. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Critical Systems Engineer and Chief Engineer at JLL | Capital One. Since 2017, they have been a Facility Operations Specialist at Redhorse Corporation. In 2021, they began working at SD Solutions LLC as a Facility Operations Specialist.

Chris Blakemore, CBCP, obtained their High School Diploma from L.D. Bell High School in 1981 after attending from 1976 to 1981. In 1979, they also completed an Associates of Applied Science in Air Condition and Refrigeration from Texas State Technical College. In December 2014, they received a Certified Building Commissioning Professional certification from The Association of Energy Engineers.
