Aytuğ Güner has work experience as a Research and Development Engineer at SCW.AI by Supply Chain Wizard and Supply Chain Wizard, LLC, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern at Vestel from July 2017 to September 2017 and as an Engineering Intern at Istanbul Technical University from June 2017 to July 2017. Aytuğ also worked as an Electronics Engineer at Izmir University of Economics from February 2015 to October 2015.

Aytuğ Güner completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Elektrik ve Elektronik Mühendisliği (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) at Izmir University of Economics from 2013 to 2018. Aytuğ then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Izmir University of Economics from 2019 to 2022. In addition, they obtained a Participation Certificate from the "Bu Gençlikte İş Var" Entrepreneurship Camp, organized by TÜSİAD Bu Gençlikte İş Var! in February 2018. Aytuğ also received a Participation Certificate from the Bu Gençlikte İş Var Yarışması (Business Competition) organized by TÜSİAD Bu Gençlikte İş Var! in 2015.
