Jenny Joo has a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC Irvine. Jenny has worked in various administrative roles in different companies, focusing on human resources, accounting, and administration. Currently, Jenny works as a Human Resources Analyst at Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency. Prior to this, Jenny worked at Castaic Lake Water Agency and City of Santa Clarita in roles related to administration, human resources, and accounting. Jenny also has experience working in public works and engineering at City of Santa Monica.
