Lori Rubenstein is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in marketing and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Partner and Marketing Director at A Head for Profits since April 2010, Lori also owns I Dig It Out Research Marketing and Research, specializing in providing business solutions and informed decision-making assistance since February 2009. As the owner of Sculpture Hospitality since November 1994, Lori aids bar and restaurant owners in enhancing their profitability. Lori previously owned Red Eye Sports Grill from August 2004 to August 2008. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1977 and 1981.
