Marion C Marealle has a diverse work experience history. Marion C co-founded and served as the CEO of Sculpt Group from August 2018 onward. Prior to that, they were the founder and managing director of the same company from August 2017 to July 2018. Marion C also co-founded SculptBuddy in 2022.

In terms of business development, Marion was the business development lead at Horizon from June 2022 to May 2023. Additionally, they worked at Emma – The Sleep Company, where they held various roles including growth lead for Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia from August 2020 to January 2022, team lead for business development in Southeast Asia and the Pacific from April 2020 to August 2020, junior team leader for business development in the UK and Ireland from September 2019 to March 2020, and marketing manager for the UK and Ireland from August 2018 to September 2019.

Marion's earlier work experience includes serving as a manager and co-founder at ListZetu.com from April 2016 to August 2017, and working in the communications and reservations department at Javiro Safaris from September 2015 to June 2016. Marion C also worked as an exchange coordinator at AIESEC Ludhiana from August 2013 to July 2014, and as an administrator and financial supervisor at KAC Secondary School from November 2010 to May 2012.

Marion C Marealle completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Professional) from Punjab Technical University from 2012 to 2015. The fields of study included Marketing/Marketing Management, Accounting, and Business Management. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2019, Marion pursued a Masters degree in Transition Management at Justus Liebig University Giessen.
