Karen Righthand serves as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at SCS Global Services, overseeing sales and marketing for the Environmental Certification Services division since July 2017. With a robust background in sustainability-focused marketing, Karen previously held roles such as Director of Marketing at thinkstep and Consultant for various brands, including interim management for Clif Bar & Company. Earlier career highlights include Director of Marketing at CalStar Products, where sustainable masonry was emphasized, and VP of Marketing at Vetrazzo, specializing in recycled glass surfacing materials. Karen began marketing experience at K2 Sports and Atlas Snow-Shoe Co., contributing to innovative product development. Karen Righthand holds a BS in Biology, Chemistry, and Medical Technology from California State University-Sacramento and a certification in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from Sutter Hospital School of Medical Technology.
