Jessie Han is a seasoned Project Engineer at SCS Engineers, with extensive experience in project construction management, and the design and implementation of landfill gas collection and control systems, landfill liner cells, final cover systems, and stormwater collection systems. Responsibilities include overseeing construction, preparing plans and specifications, and conducting environmental monitoring reports. Previously, Jessie served as a Staff Engineer at SCS Engineers, a Site Engineer Intern at Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, and a Student Assistant at the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science with a Math Minor from the University at Albany.
