Cornelius Fong is an experienced project manager at SCS Engineers, a position held since June 2006. Prior to this role, Cornelius served as the president of West Comp Insurance Services, Inc. from 1997 to 2004. Cornelius Fong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from UCLA, completed in 1989, and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, obtained in 1991.
